We are about meat.
Small run, hand made bacon, it’s what we do.
Like most good things it started with a few friends getting together to eat, drink and share good times. Talk started about the annual meat fest coming up and what about going…in the end we didn’t go, we had our own!
In amongst our own fest there was home made bacon, still warm from the smoker, divine.
Bacon so good you couldn’t believe what you had been eating for all those years was the same thing.
A thought occurred – this needs to be shared, everybody needs bacon like this.
Man’s Meats was born.
